County Commons in Rio Grande, NJ

Turned an eyesore into a new, mixed-use space and upgraded the entire neighborhood! This project was a full retrofit of 186.000 sq. ft. of building and 15 acres of land, and brought this old, tired and run down mall into the 21st century.
